What information must I provide to order products from HomeWiseDocs.com?
In order to maintain privacy and security on this site, you must register as a user before ordering any products or services. Registering on HomeWiseDocs.com is easy and free. You will be required to enter your user type, company name, first and last name, mailing address, and email address. You will also create a username and password that you will use to sign into your account. In addition, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the HomeWiseDocs.com User Agreement and verify that you have read the Privacy and Security Policy. Registration is free: there is no registration fee, annual fee or any other kind of fee to register as a HomeWiseDocs.com user.
How do I pay for my order?
HomeWiseDocs.com accepts payment in the form of major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and on-line checks. You will be asked to enter your payment information after you have selected the items you wish to order.

How do I register for HomeWiseDocs.com?
To register an account with HomeWiseDocs.com, click on the Register Now! button on the home page. Fill in the requested information and you are good to go. A valid email address is required to start an account. There is no charge for registering an account with HomeWiseDocs.com.
I forgot my username. What should I do now?
We will ask you to enter your email address and we will send you an email containing your username and a new password. You will be able to reset your password in your user profile once you sign in to your account.
I forgot my Password. What should I do now?
Enter your User Name and we will send you an email containing instructions to reset your password.
How do I change my Password?
If you would like to change your password, sign in to your account using your current password. Click the Manage Your Account link in your User Center. Select the Edit Profile option to reset your password. You will be prompted to enter your current password first, then you may create a new password.
I keep getting an “invalid password” error. What should I do?
First, be sure you are correctly entering your password. Check to be sure the Caps Lock key is not enabled as passwords are case-sensitive. If you have the “Remember me on this computer” feature enabled, disable it by unchecking the box and try signing in again. If you still get an error message, select the “Forgot?” Password link and enter your username. You will receive an email containing instructions to reset your password.
I keep getting an “invalid User Name” error. What should I do?
First, be sure you are correctly entering your User Name. Remember, usernames are case-sensitive so first check to see whether Caps Lock is enabled on your keyboard. If you are still having trouble, select the “Forgot?” User Name link and we will send you an email containing your username and password.
Where is my order?
To find out where your order is, you need to check the order status. There are two ways to track the status of your order.
You can enter your order Confirmation number on the home page under “track Order Status.”
You can sign in to your account and click “track Pending Orders” in your User Center. Select the order you wish to track; you will be able to view the status and order history.
What is “track Order Status”?
track Order Status allows you to view your current order status and history without having to sign in to your account. Use your order’s Confirmation number to get your update. You will be sent directly to track Order Status which lists pending items as well as your order’s history. If your order is complete, you will be able to retrieve it here.
What is “Pay for Your Order”?
Pay for Your Order allows you, or a third party, to pay for an order that was placed but is still awaiting payment. After entering the order’s Confirmation number you will be sent to Delivery and Payment where you can enter your credit card or banking information to pay for and retrieve your order.
Do I have to sign in to access my order?
No, you don’t have to sign in to access your order. If you want to track your order or pay for your order all you need is your order Confirmation number. Your Confirmation number is the tracking number assigned to your order by HomeWiseDocs.com and emailed to you after you placed your order. Simply input that number on the home page under “track Your Order” or “Pay for Your Order” and you will be directed to those pages.
What is my order Confirmation number?
This number is the tracking number assigned to your order by HomeWiseDocs.com. It is the number referenced on the Confirmation page and emailed to you after you have placed your order. This number will enable you to track your order, pay for your order, or retrieve your completed order without signing into the system. If you have misplaced your Confirmation number, you may still access your order without it after signing in to your account.
I don’t have my order Confirmation Number—what do I do?
If you have misplaced your order Confirmation number, the first thing you should do is check your email. The Confirmation number was emailed to you when you placed your order. If you are not able to retrieve the number there, you must sign in to your account to access your order. Once signed in, follow the steps listed here:
1) In your User Center click the “track Existing Orders” button.
2) Select the order you wish to access.
3) Your order Confirmation number is listed in the General Information section.
